The Management Office will provide two keys for the entrance door to your space.  All additional keys will be at tenant's expense.  The Management Office will have additional keys made at a cost of $5.00 per key upon your written request. 

Each employee will be provided with an entry card.  All cards must be returned to the Management Office at the end of the lease period.  There will be a charge of $20.00 for any cards that are not returned or lost.  Each card is assigned to a specific person along with a card number and is non transferable from person to person.

To request a new card or replacement card, send notification to the management office with the new employee's name and number.  Include old access card number if the request is for a replacement card.
